we work directly in partnership with artists & small labels to sell
their CDs, we will upon request provide your name, email address and mailing
address to an artist whose CD you've actually purchased. In other words,
if you order From under A Rock by CharacterZ and they ask us for a list
of folks that have purchased their CDs, well then, your name, address
and email address will be on that list. We'll never pass on your credit
card information or your phone number. If we ever sell the company, our
customer data will be included in that transaction with the understanding
that the new owners abide by the same terms.
When you visit this website, we may collect usage information to help
us understand how our website is navigated and used. This data does not
include any personal information about you and is used only to measure
and improve the effectiveness of our website.
Our site uses cookies to maintain information about your shopping cart.
In fact, the shopping cart will not work without cookies. Therefore, you
must enable cookies to effectively use our site. But rest assured, the
only thing we use cookies for is keeping track of your shopping cart!
We do not use them to keep track of any of your personal information.

cart, only ListeningPost.com will see your private information. Furthermore,
we do not store your credit card number.

that we do so. We do not share, sell, lease or rent our mailing or customer
lists to third parties. We also assess new technology for protecting customer
information on an ongoing basis.
